The schedule of the meeting in Sofia embraces acquaintance with an original educational experience and various in terms of type and structure educational establishments, having marked actual success in the social integration of young people aged between 16 and 26 on the labor market. Vocational schools in Sofia and Dupnitza presented us an open practice, methodology and structure of education and training programs.
A meeting was held with the Ministry of Culture with a chief expert on the minority related problems. The project partners had a meeting with the president of the Roma Confederation “Evropa”, The discussed problems were typical for Bulgaria and related to the realization on the labour market, development of the local culture and European citizenship.
The partners visited the Vocational school for machinery construction, Doupnitza where more than 14 youngsters from the orphanage in the town are educated. There we had the possibility to see in practice the integrated education.
A visit to Secondary school for bakery, confectionery and management in tourism was held in Sofia. The teachers from the school presented the good practice in vocational education, especially for people with lower educational level and the possibilities for their realization on the labour market.
